After just over two months of marriage, Kim Kardashian has filed for divorce from her basketballer hubby Kris Humphries.

Kim did not give a formal reason for the split aside from the ever-popular and all-encompassing “irreconcilable differences”. But she did take time out to break her silence on the split and release a statement explaining her decision to file for the quickie divorce. Free sex pics

“After careful consideration, I have decided to end my marriage,” she said. “I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision. I had hoped this marriage was forever, but sometimes things don’t work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best.”

Humphries released a statement of his own, saying, “I’m committed to this marriage and everything this covenant represents. I love my wife and am devastated to learn she filed for divorce … I’m willing to do whatever it takes to make it work.”

The fairy-tale romance came to an abrupt end with the filing of divorce documents. According to the documents, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Kim listed their date of separation as Oct. 31, 2011—with their date of marriage, of course, as Aug. 20, 2011. Free porn hub

As for the division of their assets, the couple did indeed have a prenuptial agreement, and the 31-year-old reality star requested that the terms of that agreement be upheld. Kim doesn’t want any spousal support from Kris…and she also doesn’t want to give him any, either. Additionally, she listed “miscellaneous jewelry and other personal effects” as well as “earrings and accumulations” amassed by Kim before, during and after her marriage be confirmed as separate property. The couple announced their engagement back in May after a whirlwind six months of dating. They tied the knot on Aug. 20 in a wedding fit for a princess, in front of a superstar congregation, including all members of Kim’s reality family, and many celeb guests. After a quick honeymoon, the two settled in the Big Apple to shoot the second season of Kourtney and Kim Take New York.

So what went wrong?

The vague statements surrounding the split don’t hint at any specifics. But based on the speed of the courtship, marriage and honeymoon, a fast divorce doesn’t really come much of a surprise. Sadly, rumors of a rift between the newlyweds had been ramping up in recent weeks, after both the 31-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star and 26-year-old NBA player were spotted making increasingly solo appearances—often without their wedding rings. Both repeatedly brushed off reports that their lack of bands should be indicative of trouble, with Kim explaining that she simply didn’t wear it while she worked out and that nothing more should be read into it.

But that did not turn out to be the case. No doubt, everyone involved will benefit from the ongoing dramatic transition. It doesn’t get more real than divorce.

Well this one takes the “Tiger by the Tale”. A Philadelphia man claims he was paid to appear in a sex tape with porn star Devon James, who is selling it as a Tiger Woods sex tape, RadarOnline.com reported Monday.

Here are some of the women with whom Tiger was alledgedly intimate.

Teneal Goyco, a cruiserweight boxer, said James and her husband, Nick, approached him at a celebrity boxing match in Philadelphia on July 30 and offered him $1,000 to pretend to be Tiger Woods while taping sex scenes with James at a local hotel.

“I was in it to make a couple bucks and have sex with a pretty lady,” Goyco told Radar. “I just thought I was fulfilling this woman’s fantasy of having sex with Tiger Woods, as she had said she wanted.” Free sex videos

Goyco said James and her husband had him dress like Woods — pinstriped shirt, Nike hat, sweater vest — and put makeup on his face and body so his skin color more closely matched Woods’. James referred to Goyco as “Tiger” throughout the taping.

James said on Oct. 1 that she had sold the tape to an unspecified DVD production company for $350,000. She currently is taking preorders online for a video to be shipped to customers on Nov. 15.

Goyco realized what had happened when he saw James promoting the video online, he said.

“I wanted to make some money, not ruin someone’s life,” he said. “I thought the tape was just going to be for them personally; I didn’t know they were going to use it to make money.”

Goyco reportedly has spoken with an attorney to see if he has a case against James. The porn star told Radar that Goyco’s claims were false. “Nick doesn’t allow me to do boy-girl porn anymore; he would never allow that,” she said.

Prosecutors want Lil Fizz to shut down his operation ASAP and pay $2,500 fine for every day the shop has been open. At 477 days, that’d be $1,192,500.

It gets worse for the R&B singer. Officials want him to pay law enforcement and legal costs related to the case, which could add up to another $750,000.

I believe that the government officials dropped the ball here big time. The singer may also be the victim of his own celebrity. Often in these types of situations government prosecutors are looking for publicity to demonstrate that they are tough on high profile people.

The state and the singing star are both decided to bargain with Lucifer and support the free sale and distribution of substances that have negatively impacted our society. Now, you are concerned about zoning issues and fines.

Both parties here will not get a lot of sympathy from the California residents that are suffering from a State government that cant balance its budget or get tax refund checks to its constituency Hey, maybe the penalty and fines can be sent to pay on the IOUs issued sent to frustrated taxpayers.
